National Celebrity Chef Participates in Food and Wine Lovers Weekend February 2 - 4

ATLANTA - January 5, 2007 - In an effort to reach out to food and wine lovers nationwide, Hilton Atlanta and Nikolai's Roof have created the new Food & Wine Lover's Weekend themed "Straight to the Heart" benefiting the American Heart Association. The first-ever event will take place February 2nd, 3rd and 4th 2007 and will bring together the best of the culinary world, with the most renowned chefs and sommeliers from across the globe.

The weekend platinum package for 2 persons is $1200 and includes a 2-night stay on Hilton's executive level, a bottle of wine upon arrival, cooking classes, panel discussions, wine tastings and a first-class dining experience every night at Nikolai's roof, the number one ranked restaurant in Downtown Atlanta from 2004 through 2006 and now in the 2007 Zagat's Guide. The package also features a number of nationally and internationally renowned guests including: Chef Christophe Eme, Food & Wine Magazine's best new chef of 2005 and owner of the Los Angeles hot spot Ortolan, Andreas Larsson, named best sommelier of Europe 2004 and best international sommelier 2005, Andrea Cragnotti, owner and winemaker of the winery Corte Alla Flora in Tuscany, Guiseppe Vaccarini, best sommelier of the world 1978 and former president of the International Sommelier Association, and Roger Dagorn, master sommelier at Chanterelle restaurant in New York.
